Hi! I’m Allison Martychenko, Broker-in-Charge and co-owner of Graham Property Management LLC. I’m passionate about helping people find their perfect place in Graham County, NC. With over 10 years of real estate experience as a managing broker and owner in Illinois, I now bring that expertise to my community here. Together with my partner, John, we specialize in vacation rentals and property management while also assisting buyers, sellers, and investors in navigating the local market with confidence.
